Ty’s Professional Power Wash provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

- Soft washing
- Roof cleaning

- Gutter cleaning
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All quotes are based on the information provided at the time
- Prices may change if conditions differ on-site
- Additional services will require customer approval
3. Scheduling & Weather
- Weather conditions may affect scheduling and service timing
- Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions
4. Property Preparation & Safety
Customers are responsible for preparing the property prior to service:
- Remove or secure outdoor furniture, decorations, and valuables
- Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed/sealed
- Keep pets and people away from the work area during service
5. Wet Surface Warning
- Surfaces may remain wet and slippery after cleaning
- Customers should use caution and keep people and pets off cleaned areas until fully dry
6. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces
- Cleaning may reveal hidden conditions such as cracks, oxidation, or deterioration
- Customers should notify us of any known issues prior to service
7. Results Disclaimer
- Results may vary depending on surface age, material, and condition
- Some stains (including oil, rust, oxidation, and deep-set discoloration) may not be fully removable
8. Photos & Documentation
- We may take before-and-after photos of the property for:
- Documentation
- Quality assurance
- Internal records
- These photos will not be used for marketing without customer consent
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least [24 hours] notice for cancellations
